STEP 1. Space planning
Space planning is a fundamental element and the first stage of interior design. It involves the placement of furniture, bathroom fixtures, etc. In some cases, we also propose some different functional concepts. And if necessary, we may also suggest the arrangement of partition walls in the interior.
STEP 2. Mood boards
Once we have completed the suitable and functional layout, the second step is to create mood boards. Mood boards are visual presentations that will help you determine the right look and aesthetics for the room. They include everything from furniture to accessories.
STEP 3. A proposed list of furniture
After analyzing the mood board, we will provide you with a proposed list of furniture, decorations, and small items (each item will have a range of 2-3 options).
STEP 4. 3D Visuals
When we have chosen all the furniture and decorations, we will move on to 3D visuals(CGI) that will help you imagine how the designed space will look.
STEP 5. Technical Drawings (Premium Package)
Once the design concept is ready, we move on to technical drawings. They are necessary for contractors from various industries to complete the project following our guidelines. Usually, a comprehensive project(Premium Package) includes drawings such as demolished walls, designed walls, suspended ceilings, floor layout, colours and wall coverings, water and sewage connections, location of sockets/switches, lighting points, detailed drawings of custom-made furniture (if necessary), and other designed elements, the quantity and type of finishing materials, and a list of the proposed equipment. The scope and size of the project may determine the number and type of technical drawings.
STEP 6. Enjoy your new space
When the work is complete, please send us photos – We would love to see them.
